Toccoa Falls College
Toccoa Falls College, an independent, nonprofit educational institution, prepares men and women in professional and ministry degrees. Graduates serve in places of Christian leadership throughout the United States and most nations in the world. One primary focus is on students who are dedicated to Christ and aspire toward academic excellence in preparing to invest their lives either in full-time Christian ministry or ministry through their secular employment.
Dr. Richard A. Forrest founded Toccoa Falls College as an interdenominational, evangelical school in 1907. Today the college maintains a strong relationship to the Christian and Missionary Alliance denomination.
The college is an accredited four-year liberal arts Christian college that offers 25 majors, 38 minors, one on line degree completion major, and an Associate in General Studies (A.A.) in three schools: The School of Arts and Sciences, which includes the departments of Communication, Counseling, and Humanities and Natural Sciences; The School of Christian Ministries which includes the departments of Bible and Theology, Christian Education, and World Missions departments; and The School of Professional Studies, which includes the departments of Business Administration, Music, and Teacher Education.
