Once received; the request will be checked and determination will be made as to the level of maintenance to be performed. Factors are (but not limited to) funds available, grants, work load, work scheduling, amount of traffic, machine availability, road authority (State, County, City, etc.). Stephens County only maintains roads that have county right-of-way or easement rights. Work on private property is prohibited with exceptions of filling abandoned wells.
