County Clerk
Provides administrative support to the Board of Commissioners and serves as part of the county's administrative team; works with the County Administrator and Finance Director to coordinate county administrative issues; and also serves as the custodian of official county records; assists commissioners in administrating day-to-day government operations. Ms. Rider is a graduate of Stephens County High School and North Georgia Technical College. She is currently receiving training from the University of Georgia to become certified as a County Clerk through the Association of County Commissioners. Ms. Rider also completed the Georgia Academy Regional Economic & Leadership Development and is a member of The Georgia County Clerks Association.
